- The US Government seeks expressions of interest in leasing approximately 1,826 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 1,590 Usable Square Feet (USF) of Class A office and related space plus 4 structured parking spaces and 6 surface parking spaces in Worcester, MA to be occupied by the Food and Drug Administration. Measurement of space shall be ANSI/BOMA method. Lease Term: Lease shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about June 1, 2007. Delineated Area: Route 20 to the south; Route 140 to the east and Interstate 290 to the west and north. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address, and phone number of property owner if different from item 1. 3. Rentable Square Feet offered and annual RSF rental rate. 4. Common Area Factor (CAF) for available space by floor, if applicable. 5. RSF rate for standard Tenant Improvements offered. Written responses are required no later than November 15, 2006. FAX's will be accepted. Verbal responses will not be considered.
