Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT IS COMPETING EXISTING LEASED LOCATION The United States Government is conducting a competition for 5,316 rentable square feet of office and related space and will relocate if a consideration of the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Footage must yield a minimum of 4,610 square feet of office and related space to accommodate three blocks of space with slab-to-slab demising walls and separate entrances from the building?s common area and six (6) structured parking spaces in the City of San Diego, California for use by the government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. First floor building space will not be considered acceptable. The cost of relocation including the replacement of furniture, telecommunications, tenant improvements, and above standard alterations as well as agency mission and other factors will be considered. The space must be in an office building and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained and modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use with access to public transportation. The space must conform to fully meet seismic safety standards and not located in a flood plain. Offers must be submitted by owner(s) or by authorized representatives of the owner(s) only. LEASE TERM: 10 years/5 years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by February 1, 2007. Space Is To Be Located Within The Central San Diego Business District.
