- This is a Request for Information (RFI) relating to Radar Vulnerability Assessment Tactical Decision Aid (TDA). The RFI which is an attachment to the solicitation describes the purpose, scope of the requirement and submission information. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking available technology and technical approaches applicable to the incorporation of, Radar Vulnerability Assessment TDA capabilities into Electronic Warfare Support (ES) equipment suites. Specifically, this RFI seeks information on non-proprietary Radar Vulnerability Assessment TDA efforts and technology under contract to a United States Government, foreign government agencies, and commercial offerings. Such efforts completed and demonstrated within the last year are also of interest. The solicitation may be downloaded from our contracts site at http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command.
