- Annual maintenance, technical expertise and spare parts support on a recurring basis for both scheduled and unscheduled services in support of the Army Oil Analysis Program Manager. This maintenance contract will provide post warranty support to the analytical equipment located at the following world-wide locations: Camp Arijan, Kuwait, Camp Humphrey, Korea, Fort Bragg, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Fort Carson, Fort Hood, Fort Lewis, Fort Rucker, Mannheim, Germany, Pearl Harbor, NSY, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Five year period of performance; one base year and four option years; which includes: seventeen LNF/ASP, eleven FDM-1A and eleven A-HSV-802. FOB: Destination. NAICS Code: 334516. Size standard 500 employees. It is the Governments intent to solici t quotes sole source from Spectro, Inc., 16 Ayer Road, Littleton, MA 01460-11103 using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price contract. Spectro is the sole manufacturer of the LNFAsP, FDM and the A-HSV 802, Benchtop and therefore, Spectro, Inc. is the only known source capable of providing maintenance on the LNF/ASP, FDM and the A-HSV 802, Bench-top analyzer systems. Spectro, Inc. has the proprietary rights on the manufac ture, sales and maintenance/service of these systems. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
