- It is the Government's intent to award a on a sole source basis, a firm fixed price contract for the repair of one Stabilator, NSN: 1560-01-179-7264, P/N: 7-311123600. Authority cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open compet ition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 3204 (C)(1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled-only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy the agencies requirement s. This acquisition will be sole source to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Inc., 5000 McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797.
