- Z Repair Electrical Distribution System - The Source Selection Notice and Presolicitation Notice for this announcement was previous announced under Solicitation W912L1-06-R-5017 and is now changed to W912L1-07-B-0001. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, ser vices and supervision necessary to complete the installation of new underground water distribution system at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas as described in the plans and specifications. This solicitation is unrestricted, with a NAICS code of 237130, Powe r and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction and a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project Number FWJH032020, Repair Electrical Distribution System, Repair Elec trical Distribution System, 147th Fighter Wing Ellington Field, Houston, Texas consists of eliminating overhead primary electrical distribution system and provide a new underground electrical distribution system, including but not limited to pedestals, con crete incased duct bank, electric cable including splicing kits, pad mounted transformers including concrete pads, switches including pad mounted boxes, meters, and all other work necessary for a complete and operable electrical distribution system. Demol ish the existing overhead system which has been replaced. The solicitation is posted in ASFI and can be accessed through a link in FedBizOps. The specifications and drawings for this project are located on the Federal Data technical Solutions (FedTeds) we bsite at: https://www/fedteds.gov.
