- Question & Answers for USA-SNOTE-061027-001 1. The Find RFP site states that input for this RFP must be submitted by November 7th 2006. The site provides documentation with the statement of performance defined for this contract but we have not been able to locate the requirements for the submission . Can you send us the requirement documents necessary for submission to this RFP? Answer: This is not a RFP. This is a Request for Information (RFI). In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), as stated in the description, The purpose of this RFI is to allow the private sector the opportunity to provide an innovative, end-to-end (not piecemeal) solution for a full-service marketing communications agency to support JAMRS mission of providing corporate branding, marketing and communications (including research, advertising, direct marketing, database marketing , interactive marketing, broadcast-TV and radio and public relations) that complement and support each of the Military Services (i.e., Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast GuardActive, Guard and Reserve) recruiting and retention programs.
