When the bid states that the contractors worksite must be geographically located not more than 3.5 hours from the JAMRS office in Arlington, VA. .....does that mean by air travel or ground travel time.....and what if one of our branch offices are located within that time but our headquarters is further away....???? Answer: Mode of transportation is irrelevant as long as the 3.5 hour time restraint can be met. Location of the headquarters is irrelevant as long the individuals/teams working this requirement can meet the the 3.5 hour time restraint
