- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY [There is no solicitation available at this time] This announcement is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek qualified sources capable of providing medical reference laboratory services for designated employees of Dobbins ARB, GA. Specific details on the frequency of testing, types of testing, procedures, qualifications, licensing, safety, security, facility, and quality control requirements are contained in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All tests shall be executed at the selected source premises or within the selected source?s network of laboratories (affiliate or qualified sub-contractor). Client service personnel need to be accessible by toll free telephone service from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days per week. The selected source shall furnish all shipping, facilities, labor, materials, equipment, software and services required. Selected source must conform to 42 CFR, Part 72, Shipment Of Etiological Or Infectious Agents. For the purpose of determining your business size, the NAICS Code 621511, Medical Laboratories, with a size standard of $12.5M average annual receipts over the past three years, will be utilized for this acquisition. In addition, to assist in the planning of acquisition strategy, we ask that you include in your response a request for a survey being conducted for this acquisition.
