- The Government is soliciting for approximately 10,000 square feet of office space and approximately 6,000 square feet of special space for a total of 16,000 net rentable square feet with secured parking for approximately 20 vehicles. This space will be located within a five-mile radius of the Las Vegas International Airport on or before March 1, 2007. This proposal will be open for 30 days. The term of the lease will be for 5 years with a (1) 5-year renewal option on 90 days notice.
