- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. There is no solicitation package available at this time. The Battelle, Pacific Northwest Division operator of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking sources to supply a Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (ToF SIMS) for use at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory. We are looking for potential sources for this requirement and comments to our draft specifications. Draft specifications may be downloaded from this website. All interested parties should send company?s capability, descriptive literature, cost estimate and comments to the primary point of contact. All questions and comments must be in writing, email is acceptable, no telephone calls.
