- The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Sangamon County Illinois. Occupancy is required by July 1, 2007. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 6,500 ANSI/BOMA (?useable?) square feet of first-floor office space for use by the Sangamon County USDA Service Center. The anticipated lease term is five years with a five-year renewal option and termination rights. All janitorial services and supplies, building and grounds maintenance, taxes, sewer, water, and all utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must be contiguous with parking for 60 vehicles. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to accessibility and OSHA. The government will consider space to be constructed or space in an existing building. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should minimally include the following information: 1) Building name/address and date it will be available 2) Drawing/floor plan of space offered 3) Rentable and Usable Square Feet offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included 4) Common Area Factor 5) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. The solicitation for offers will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about December 15, 2006.
