- This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 14 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial Items Provisions, 52.212-1, 52.212-3 (to be completed by vendor), 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 are part of this solicitation ? full text can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. This is an unrestrictive procurement all contractors submitting responsible/responsive bids will be considered for award. Contractors shall provide copies of required licenses/insurance and three references (preferably government work) including names and phone numbers of contact person with bid. Place of performance is throughout the State of Florida. Bidders shall provide a list of counties for which they are willing to work in the State of Florida. Specifications can be obtained by clicking on the following website: ftp://ftp-fc.sc.egov.usda.gov/FL/161200/ . Contractors shall provide estimate for barb wire fence in linear feet. Bids submitted by email or fax will not be considered.
