- DELINEATED AREA: Offered Properties shall be within one (1) of the following four (4) locations: 1) within the City of Boston and West of Interstate 93; or 2) within the City of Cambridge; or 3) within a five (5) mile radius of Hanscom Air Force Base, Lexington, MA; or 4) located within the South Boston section of the City, or south and west of Interstate 93 or Interstate 95 South. This latter area generally includes the communities of Milton, Braintree, Quincy, Randolph, Canton, Norwood, Newton, Needham, Wellesley and Waltham. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy as soon as possible OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Rentable Square Feet Offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and Common Area Factor 4. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent Written notice of availability of space must be submitted by 4:00 pm on March 18, 2005.
