- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE STERLING HEIGHTS, MICHIGAN The United States Government seeks to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 13,543 rentable square feet of contiguous and, unless unavailable, should be ground level first floor space in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The space should yield between 10,241 and 11,777 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of 54 parking spaces must be available. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within 3 blocks (distance) of the space offered. The building must be located within the following delineated area: North: 23 Mile Road East: Mound Road South: 19 Mile Road West: Schoenherr Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 2, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
