- SOL: VA-261-07-RQ-0009 Due: November 3, 2006 Request for Quote (RFQ) - AudioCare Licensing. This will be a sole-source procurement for the Information Management Services Dept., VISN 21 Network (VA Palo Alto, Reno, Fresno, San Francisco, Martinez and Honolulu), due to the determination that the proposed vendor holds a patent which is integral to the operation of the system. The NAICS code is 519190, size standard of $6.5 million applies. Product Service code of D399 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about November 3, 2006. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov . Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Price includes all parts and labor to repair any failure due to a manufacturer or installation defect; and one site visit during the warranty period for service or repair. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
