- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking quoters for a Frim-Fixed, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for ENT Consultant Services/ENT Surgery Services at the Rosebud, I.H.S. in Rosebud, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2007. Contractor is to perform according the the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Requests for RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax at 605-226-7669 or email to Danielle.chasinghawk@ihs.gov; it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be November 16, 2006. The closing date of this rfq package is December 1, 2006.
