- This publishing represents the official synopsis of the ?Impact Evaluation Services? procurement. Contractors are required to provide technical assistance to the MCC Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Division in a variety of areas in carrying out economic evaluations using a randomized design in response to long-term task assignments. The work will be performed both within the United States and in low income countries worldwide in which MCC develops compacts or other agreements. Experience with the methodology of randomized trials is required as well as application of the methodology in developing countries. This is anticipated to result in the award of one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts on a time and material (T&M) basis. The resultant contract(s) will contain a base year and up to four one-year option periods.
