- Description
- The Philadelphia Division of FISC Norfolk's Contracting Department intends to solicit for Consolidated Call Center Support Services in support of the Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC) located in Bethesda, MD and the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) and the Pentagon located in Washington, DC. These services include providing one centrally-managed call center operation at a remote location (non-Government location) to capture, analyze, troubleshoot and help resolve or forward user requests for specific Navy Medicine applications and networks. These programs are: Dental Common Access System (DENCAS), Navy Telemedicine Business Office (NTBO), Medical Reserve Utilization Management Information System (MEDRUPMIS)/Navy Medical Manpower System (NMMS), Medical Board Liaison Tracking Tool (MEDBOLTT), Standard Personnel Management System (SPMS), Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS-HC and DOEHRS-DR), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Tracking System, PC-Matrix, Expense Accounting System IV (EASIV), Case Management, Data Quality (DQ), Navy Medicine On-Line (NMO) and NMIMC Helpdesk. Services include Tier I, Tier II and Tier III support services. It is anticipated that the Navy will solicit for a fixed price type contract for a 6-month base period beginning 4/01/07 with four 12-month options and one 6-month option. Interested vendors will be required to submit past performance information and a price proposal. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 561422 with a size standard of $6.5 million. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement shall be posted on or after 27 November 2006 at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil <http://www.neco.navy.mil>).
