- Due to the fiscal year change, the solicitation number for the repair, restoration, and upgrade of the Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) Antenna has changed to N66604-07-R-0200. Further, the solicitation has been delayed. The solicitation is now expected to be released around 11/20/2006. Reference pre-solicitation synopsis N66604-06-R-0418 posted on 6/20/2006 for additional information. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
