- This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-07-T-0009 http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/synopcom.htm is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Indiana has a requirement for the following: Line 0001 - Qty: 2 Hipotronics Model HD140AUTO-A or equivalent AC/DC Hipot Power Supply. Delivery is required FOB: Destination within 4 weeks ARO. Selection for award will be based the following factors of importance: Price, Past Performance and Delivery, all being of equal importance. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Along with your offer, provide references from a minimum of three Government/State/Local agencies in which you have provided same/similar equipment.
