- Voyage Repair (VR), for the USNS SHASTA (T-AE 33) with various Work Items. The period of performance for this requirement is to start 04 December 2006 and end 17 December 2006. The ship will be available for inspection/ship check by offerors on the afternoon of 21 November 2006, at Port Hadlock, WA. Inspection of the vessel is not mandatory, and will be at the offeror's expense. This requirement will be set aside for small business, under NAICS Code 336611 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written (fax or email) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 31 October 2006.
