- The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for Erosion Control Material. Contractor to provide Excelsior Wattles (brand name or equal) and Greenfix Erosion Control Blankets (brand name or equal. Solicitation packages will be available electronically on or before November 9, 2006. Receipt of offers will be on or about November 22, 2006. The North American Industry Classification System code for thus procurement is424910. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Additionally, offerors are required to obtain a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number (www.dnb.com) and register at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award of a Federal contract.
