Description

This project will require construction of 120,000 square feet Operations Center which will include 80,000 square feet of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)/Operational Areas and 20,000 square feet Maintenance/Storage Building. The building consists of brick veneer walls on metal framing system, supported by the steel structural frame. The roof is constructed using a standard seam metal roofing system. The building mechanical rooms include a chiller/boiler room, air handling unit rooms and plumbing/fire suppression system equipment. The electrical distribution system will be served from two 5000A main disconnects. This switchgear will provide 480/277V, 3ph, 4 wire service. The service will be backed up with several 500Kva UPS a nd 1750 Kw Generator systems. The site includes an enclosed equipment yard and parking spaces. It is anticipated that the evaluations factors for this procurement are as follows, listed in descending order of importance. (1)Relevant Experience; (2)Past Performance; (3)Technical Approach; (4)Organizational Structure; (5)Management Approach; (6)Utilization of Small Business Concerns; and Price proposal (will not be rated). Offerors will be evaluated on both technical quality and conformance to the solici tation and price. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposal prior to award; to negotiate with any or all proposers; to award the contract to other than the lowest total price and to award to the proposer submitting the proposal deter mined by the Government to be the most advantageous to the Government.
