- The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E-LCMC) intends to solicit a competitive, five-year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with range quantities for the Mirror Housing Assembly for the AN/VVS-2 Drivers Night Vision Viewer utilizing lowest priced technically acceptable sealed bid. The part number of the Mirror Housing Assembly is National Stock Number (NSN) 5855-01-027-3639. The guaranteed minimum under this contract will be $50,000.00. The estimated maximum value of this contract is $1,000,000.00. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Delivery with First Article Testing will be 50 units 240 days after delivery order is placed and 50 units per month thereafter until completion. Without First Article Testing delivery will be 50 units 180 days after the delivery order is placed and 50 units per month thereafter until completion. The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling and space) to produce this item. Offers and Bids shall be submitted per instructions to be specified in the solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments or information. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) to receive contract award or payment. This is not a request for bids or proposals but may serve as notice to interested parties. Anticipated release of the solicitation is on or about 15 November with estimated award date of 5 January 2007. See notes 1 and 26.
