- ////////THIS IS A MODIFICATION ADDING THE NSN AND PART NUMBER////// The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and material. Contractor furnished parts shall be either manufacturers original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering tested vendor. No surplus parts shall be used or applied. Input/Output NSN: 6620-01-299-1811 Input/Output P/N: 206-375-011-101 The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 80 each and the maximum quantity of 240 each. The maximum quantity includes an estimated 20 % for Foreign Military Sales. Required deliver shall be FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA., beginning 90 days after receipt of assets. PVA is required. This item shall be overhauled/Recap/Upgraded to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Specifications , verified and accepted by the Government. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) and therefore shall be overhaul by the OEM or an approved (by the Government) specified source. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, Hurst , TX. (CAGE 97499), because the technical data is not currently available to support a full an open competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and repair on the required item described above are encouraged to seek source approv al in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be mail or email only. No datafax or emails will not be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOS EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
