Description: This specification establishes the requirement for 5 Modular Turbine Engine test cells, which will be provided to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. The test cells shall be designed, fabricated, and installed by the contractor with all function s, capabilities, site prep and equipment as described herein. The contractor shall provide the turn-key design and all resources necessary to design, manufacture, deliver, install, calibrate, demonstrate functional operation, and provide operator and maint enance training for the Modular AGT1500 Turbine Engine Test Cells.
