- Provide commercial services as the Army Volunteer Corps (AVC) Coordinator, Installation Volunteer Program, Fort Benning, Georgia. The contract will be awarded with a Base Period and Four Option Years. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price c ontract. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns and SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Solicitation will be issued on or about 04 November 2006 and is available at no cost for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry We bsite (http://acquisition.army.mil/). No paper copies will be provided. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the website daily for any and all amendments to the solicitation. Point of contact is Major Jeffery E.
