- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKETING RESEARCH ONLY. This notice is being published to identify potential sources capable to assist AFTAC's DOMestic INcident Operations (DOMINO) program in support of the DOD's National Technical Nuclear Forensics program, and related nuclear analysis technique development programs. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall assist AFTAC in managing the DOMINO program to develop/integrate the computer systems, communications, data bases, and analytical tools, as well as develop the contingency plans to respond to an event of interest. This support will also require assisting with developing teaming arrangements and agreements with key personnel from specific laboratories and other governmental agencies. This is only a sources sought notice, and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation is being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation. Responses must include the following: name and address of firm, capabilities, size of business; average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; ownership; whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged, 8 (a), HUBZone, and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners; intent to participate in the upcoming acquisition as a prime offeror; list of customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement; and point of contact ? address, email, and phone number). The page limitation for this submission is (10) pages. Again, any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. Please DO NOT include resumes, as they will not be reviewed or considered at this time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought request. Contractors who believe they possess the desired expertise and experience should submit a Statement of Capability containing the above reference information to Jaini King, 45 CONS/LGCCA, 1020 S. All documentation shall become the property of the Government.
