- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Alvin C. York Campus, Murfreesboro, TN is soliciting proposals for audiology services for beneficiaries of the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in the CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE area. Anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 with two, one-year option renewal periods, to be renewed at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price requirements. This solicitation is unrestricted. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 621340 applies to this procurement. This solicitation package will be posted on or about 10/31/06. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation.
