- Description
- This is a commercial item acquisition issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Grand Junction, CO, is seeking proposals for window washing services to be performed in November, 2006 (inside and outside of windows) and in June, 2007 (outside of windows only) with an option to extend for four (4) additional years. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 561720 and the size standard is $15.0 million in average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years. All responsible small business sources are invited to submit a proposal. RFP will be available 10/31/2006 on the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and may be downloaded free of charge. All amendments will be posted to the same website. Offerors are hereby advised that they are responsible for checking the website to obtain amendments. Proposals are due November 15, 2006 by 4:30 pm local time. Award is contingent upon availability of Fiscal Year 2007 funding and each Fiscal Year thereafter.
