- Description
- The purpose of the Request for Quotations is to solicit interest and subsequently secure Janitorial Services at the Butte Falls Ranger District and the Prospect Ranger District on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The Butte Falls Ranger District is located at 720 Laurel Street in Butte Falls approx. 32 miles northeast of Medford, Oregon. Prospect Ranger District is located at 47201 Highway 62, about one-half mile north of Prospect, Oregon on Crater Lake Highway 62. Services will require the Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are Government-furnished), materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. Period of performance for this solicitation is from January 2, 2007 thru December 31, 2007. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 15, 2006. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
