- NSN 5865-01-227-0352 PR 0013167257 FILTER, COUPLER Microwave Eng. (06351) P/N 037-003073-002, Northrop Grumman (26926) P/N 037-003073-002. Quantity 4 each, including 100% option. FOB destination to New Cumberland PA. Delivery in 200 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. Contractors are required to have access to classified data. Required level of security clearance and document safeguarding/storage facility clearance is SECRET. The solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments, will be available at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP after the issue date of 11/16/06. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This solicitation is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluations factors as described in the solicitation.
