- The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development OIG, intends to issue a contract, on a sole source basis, to Paisley Consulting, Inc., for renewal of software licenses. HUD-OIG is currently running AutoAudit and AutoInvestigation software applications previously licensed to its contractor, Computer Sciences Corporation. HUD-OIG currently has 300 users on each of the two applications. HUD-OIG has terminated its relationship with Computer Sciences Corporation and therefore the license agreement between CSC and Paisley Consulting, Inc. is no longer in force. HUD-OIG requests that Paisley issue software licenses for AutoAudit and AutoInvestigation directly to HUD-OIG. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 PM EST on November 13, 2006. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required services at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered afirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole source award to Paisley Consulting, Inc.
