- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida (NSWC PC) intends to solicit Atlantic Diving Supply Inc. (ADS) of 477 Viking Drive, Suite 350, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, on a sole source basis for the procurement of sixteen (16) each Marine Assault Breacher Kits, Marine Corps Stock List Number SL-3-09687B; PCN 12309687000; and Table of Allowance Material Control Number (TAMCN) C41442E. These highly specialized systems have undergone extensive testing and qualification under appropriate U.S. Marine Corp Authority. Only those articles that have been successfully tested are qualified. The objective of this process is to verify that the items provide acceptable levels of safety and mission critical support throughout the operating range. The intent of the process is to provide maximum reasonable assurance that the mission can be completed and an accident will not occur. Only these items, provided by ADS have been approved for U.S. Marine Corp use.
