- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Change the contract type: FROM: The award of a single performance-based, Requirements type, commercial item contract; TO: The award of multiple performance-based, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), commercial item contracts. The Indian Health Service intends to award two IDIQ contracts resulting from this solicitation. One contractor will work at least three days per week with no call while the other contractor will work Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, with on call duties including callback at night, on weekends, and during the holidays, as may be necessary. IDIQ contract terms: The quantities of services specified in the Price Schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by this contract. Delivery or performance shall be made only as authorized by orders issued in accordance with the Ordering clause. The Contractor shall furnish to the Government, when and if ordered, the services specified in the Schedule up to and including the quantity designated in the Schedule as the "maximum". The Government shall order at least the quantity of services designated in the Schedule as the "minimum". The price schedule is hereby revised to reflect the minimum and maximum quantities.
