- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center has a requirement for the establishment of a firm-fixed price requirements contract for Kyocera brand name or equal printer toner and maintenance kits for various Defense Distribution Depots worldwide. This acquisition is unrestricted. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The solicitation will identify all information that prospective offerors must submit in order to be considered for award. There is a possibility that the Government will make multiple awards if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so. Failure to submit all the information requested by the solicitation may result in the offer being eliminated from consideration for award. Interested contractors must submit a request for the solicitation by emailing Tracy Birch at tracy.birch@dla.mil. The following information must be provided by the vendor: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, and a Point of Contact. A copy of the solicitation will be emailed to each interested customer. It is anticipated that Solicitation SP3100-07-R-0004 will be emailed to interested parties requesting the solicitation within 15 to 30 days. To receive awards resulting from quotations issued after May 31, 1998, your company must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov.
