- This acquisition is to provide engineering services for the Investigation of Obsolete Part and Vanishing Vendor Issues with the ALT-32 System line replaceable units (LRUs) and to increase the reliability and maintainability of the LRUs and the subassemblies in the LRUs. Period of performance will be for 24 months. The solicitation will be issued sole source to Northrop Grumman Space Technology, Radio Systems, Warner Robins GA., and to be awarded as an order under existing contract F09603-03-D-0002. Authority: 10USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
