- PR NO: 0012810194. NSN 6340-01-341-5332, Sensing Element, Fire Detection System. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed Requirement for a qty of 68. Lockheed Martin Corporation; Cage 98897; P/N 4L94556-101A, FOB- Destination, Inspection and Acceptance-Destination. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
