- Work includes but is not limited to providing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of a new 118,959 SF Training Facility at 2701 E. Imhoff Road, Norman, Oklahoma. The estimated cost for this project is between $9,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 million dollars, with construction completion no later than 240 calendar days after receipt of Notice To Proceed. There will be a pre-proposal meeting held on site on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, 11:00 AM to discuss the specifics of this project. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly suggested.
