- This notice is to inform industry of Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) intent to issue a solicitation for the re-compete of Defense Support for Public Diplomacy Support. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 1 November 2006, on the website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. Potential sources must be registered in the Contractors Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. The information contained in this notification is based on the best and most current information available to date, is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Any significant changes will be provided in subsequent synopsis, if required. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS NOR ARE PROPOSALS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. A second notice will be published to notify industry of specific information when the solicitation is ready for posting.
