Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has a requirement for a contractor to provide a web based document hosting solution that has direct integration with iBlaze software from CT Summation. 1. The system must have the ability to import and export to Summation load files and other documents in various electronic formats (such as PDF, text, Word, ASCII and Excel. 2. Have the ability to export coded data for import back to a Summation database. 3. It also must have the ability to search (full boolean and simple), create briefcases, production sets, allow for redacting, coding, the creation of notes, allow for native file and email review and tracking of parent-child relationships. 4. No client installations. 5. The entire login session must be secured using at a minimum 128 bit secure socket layer encryption. 6. User and document level permissions. 7. eDiscovery processing services available (scanning, coding etc.). 8. Month to month contracts. 9. Free web-based training. 10. 24/7 technical support. Contractors capable of providing this service must submit convincing documentation of their capability as well as the following: 1. Storage capacity 2. Search engine 3. details of security rating.
