- This is a sources sought announcement and is for information purposes only, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Hurlburt Field FL is conducting research to determine the existence of potential business sources to provide maintenance and upgrade support personnel for organizational level maintenance support for carry-on/carry-off equipment associated with the Direct Support Operator (DSO) mission for the 25th Information Operation Squadron and overseas Detachments 2 & 3. Support will include equipment upload and download, fault isolation and repair, and software upgrades. Normal operating hours is Monday through Friday 0600 to 2300 hours or as adjusted based on flying schedule. Equipment includes Joint Threat Warning System Air (JTWS-A), FY02 Sentinel, Versatile intelligence portable receiver (DRT), Digital Receiver Technology (VIPR), and other legacy systems. All personnel have the ability to qualify for and maintain eligibility for access to Special Compartmented Information (SCI). Request each interested business source provide a capability statement addressing their ability to perform in the following areas: 1. Experience with Silent Shield aircraft configurations; interpretation, understanding, and troubleshooting aircraft and system schematic diagrams; understanding of aircraft flight scheduling and debriefing process; understanding the life cycle sustainment process of new system development; understanding the developmental and operational testing process requirements; OCONUS deployment experience. 2. Software/Computer Knowledge experience with USB to serial converter setup, laptop hardware configurations and setup, use of Ghost Solutions Ver 1.1, RAID Configuration Management, Tech Comm DF Balance Test S/W, CMPRO Data and Maintenance Management System, Access Data Base self contained debrief system, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and MS Office.
