- This requirement is sole source to Telephonics Corporation (CAGE 64694). The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a two year (basic year and one annual option) firm fixed price contract for the Receiver-Transmitter applicable to the APN-239 Color Weather Radar System for the HH-60G Helicopter. NSN: 5841-01-363-2767SO, P/N: 4000831-0106, Noun: Receiver-Transmitter. Basic year quantity is 6 EA, option quantity is 1-12 EA. Requested delivery is on or before June 2007. Only newly manufactured materials will be considered. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
