Description: The VA Network 22 Logistics Office intends to award a firm fixed price unrestrictived contract. The VA San Diego Healthcare System has requirement for preventive maintenance and repair of Sixteen (16) Puritan Bennett Ventilators. The Puritan Bennett Ventilators consists of fourteen (14) 8400 Series Model and two (2) 7200 models. Contractor shall adjust or replace worn or defective parts required due to equipment failure. The equipment shall be maintained in optimum operating conditions and meet manufacturer's specification for operation and performance. The Contract will be for a base year with the option to exercise four (4) one-year annual renewal options. Solicitation will be available O/A 11/1/06 with proposal due O/A 12/04/2006.
