- Furnish ambulance services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001. The intent of this contract is to furnish ambulances services for basic life support transport and advanced life support transport, and wheelchair van transport, including all necessary personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, and supplies, to the Department of Veterans Affairs, in accordance with the contract terms, conditions, provisions, and requirements. The contract will be for one year from date of award. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The Naics code for this acquisition is 621910, and the small business size standard is $6 million. Issue date for solicitation is approximately November 9, 2006, and bid opening date is December 12, 2006, 2:00 P.M.
