The sources cited in the item description are U.S. Dynamics Corp (26269), P/N 446800, BAE Systems Inertial Products (63395), P/N 103122-004, Northrop Grumman Corp/Precision (88932), P/N 103122-004 and Honeywell International Inc (94580), P/N GG1111LC7. Critical Application Item applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Requested delivery is 125 days ARO. Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. FOB is Destination. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 458 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity for the base year is 114 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 915 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 3, 2006. The date is subject to change.
