- Description
- This proposal is for the addition of NSNs to the existing Corporate Contract with Crissair, Inc., SP0740-03-D-7684. The contract is a long-term contract, currently in its 1st Option Year with 3 full Option Years remaining. These NSNs are intended to be added under the same terms and conditions as the original solicitation; therefore, an RFP will be issued only if Offerors other than the aforementioned source is interested in this procurement. The scope of this initiative is items for which Crissair, Inc., is an approved source and/or items which Crissair, Inc., has supplied in the past directly or through dealers, whether or not the NSNs are ultimately procured from Crissair, Inc. Items will be procured on an All or None basis per NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the original solicitation.
