- NAICS Code: 541990 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Indoor Environments Division (IED) is soliciting potential offerors, in order to competitively award a fixed-price Purchase Order. Under this FAR Part 13, non-commercial acquisition, the contractor shall provide support in the conversion of a draft Builder's Guide, which will support the EPA's Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) labeling program for new homes, into a final guidance document. For this requirement, the contractor shall incorporate edits to the Builder's Guide, gather additional information to enhance the guide, and provide the necessary editing and layout to assemble the final guide in its entirety. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is date of award through November 30, 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541990 - All other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
