PRON: AX6F6301AX, NSN: 1615-01-313-2243, PN: 7-311527061, QUANTITY: Min: 78 each/Max: 234 each - 3 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Thi s is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses The Purdy Corp., Cage Code 15152 and Fraccaro Industries, Cage Code 2Z106, because this part requires e ngineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 75 each, due 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 78 each due 280 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 78 each, due 350 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone. army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close p rior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Adequate technical data is not available for thi s acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
